At Sattva Foods, we are committed to delivering high-quality food products to our customers. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Damaged, Expired, or Spoiled Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Expired
  • Damaged
  • Broken
  • Spoiled or unfit for consumption

you may be eligible for a refund.

To process your request, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographic proof of the issue. Once the issue has been verified, we will review your claim and process an appropriate refund.

Returns

Products that have been successfully delivered and accepted by the customer are generally not eligible for return due to the perishable nature of food items.

However, if an order has not yet been shipped or is still available for pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns may not be approved in the following cases:

  • The product has been consumed, opened, or used.
  • No proof of damage, spoilage, or expiration is provided.
  • The claim is made after a reasonable period from delivery.
  • The issue is caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
